METHODOLOGY

Workshop method will be experiential, interactive, responsive and practical and include: creative learning exercises, group discussions and exercises, individual reflection and self assessment, behavioural feedback from facilitator and peers, short theory inputs. The workshop is designed to enable participants to understand how they view themselves, others perceive them, and master new skills so that they can transfer the learning directly to improving effectiveness in life and work.

Fadly was brought up through Singapore’s rigorous education system, and therefore understands the pressures and demands on Singapore youth when navigating through life, career and work. For the last 2 years his workshops have helped youth get clear about career and study choices by equipping them with the right skills, mentality and expectations in order to facilitate a smooth transition from being a student to an employee. Fadly is one of the youngest Belbin Accredited Facilitator and is Project Manager and Millennial Trainer with Singapore’s PMCG which has conducted global cross cultural leadership and team projects for 28 years in 59 countries.
